Due to copyright issues, every product from grams28 need to carry a grams28 logo. Request on a product without logo will not be accepted.
Due to service, every item is handcrafted upon the payment being received. Please allow 2 - 5 working days (exclude shipping time) for production of your order. We appreciate your patience.
We only use Premium Genuine Leather. Since it's natural material, it may have stain marks, insect bites, scars, and even briar scratches.
Please note that the color of products may vary slightly from screen to screen. The color of the leather may be different as this is a natural material that varies batch to batch, the sourcing of salvaged materials often lends to each product bearing unique marks of its past life. If you receive an object and it is not as you hoped, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
If you purchased a Natural Tanned Leather product, the leather (nude) has a very light tone, and is affected by sunlight much like our own skin is. It's not treated because it's meant to be interactive- the user (you) gets to decide what sort of way they will treat the piece, and then actually finish it off themselves.
Natural tanned leather tans just like human skin does. To tan your leather goods, simply place them outside in direct sunlight, and leave them for a couple days per side, or until they have a nice caramel brown. Our products are hand conditioned with beeswax and neatsfoot oil in twice. Oiling prevents stains on the leather from denim and other fabrics.
All items were designed to fit your devices perfectly. If you find the case is too tight for your device, do not worry. It will get better after you using it for a week. All leather work expected to need break-in. I don't want to make the case too loose for the device because I don't want your device to fall out easily.
